An increase of bad cholesterol is not good to our health. This is the leading cause of cardio vascular and cerebro vascular diseases. This is due to foods which are rich in saturated and Tran's fats. Saturated fats are animal fats. Thus, animal products and dairy products have more of bad cholesterol. Animal products include sausage, bacon, pork and beef. In the daily meal, these should not be the main dish but can be used as side dish instead. Prefer fish as the main dish for this is rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Dairy products include cheese, butter, donuts, cream, biscuits, cakes, chocolate and ice cream. These kinds of foods should be taken in moderation if it cannot be avoided.
Simple steps to lower your blood cholesterol.
1. Drink a cup milk with oats. The oats that I am having right now is Quaker oats.
2. Continuously drink for a month.
3. I bet ya, your bad cholesterol will become lower.
