9 Steps To A New Healthy Life!

6. Not to get fat and not to follow a diet.

But it is not necessary to dream that a certain wonderful diet is capable to lead to harmonious forms too. It is necessary step by step; day after day reconstruct the food and a way of life. A fractional food (small portions 4 — 5 times a day) is necessary, not to eat after 7 p.m. and do regular physical exercises. Long, tiresomely, but it helps.
