These days, facing stress has become an everyday issue, rather than something that one seldom comes across. Stress at work is the main cause of stress, followed by stress at home, relationship stress, stress caused by friends and family members as well as several types of other stresses. - Stretching – stretching helps to stimulate nervous system receptors, which in return reduce the production of stress hormones, leaving you less stressful compared to before. Stretching also help relax tight muscles in the body, thus blood flow is improved and you would feel a lot more comfortable without tight muscles
- Sleep – getting plenty of sleep is crucial to be able to maintain your exercise schedules and get rid of stress. Often when you do not get enough sleep, you feel groggy and easily irritated, this actually increases the level of your stress. So remember, always get at least 7 hours of sleep daily, 8 if possible.
